Body Elite is an advanced level high-intensity training class consisting of higher level functional movements such as rope climbs, handstand push-ups & kettlebell exercises. This class is designed for athletes looking to push their limits and elevate their workout. Athletes will be expected to understand and be able to perform all movements with minimal to no instruction and no scaling options. Workouts will be posted and each class will be full-throttle from the get go. Come train with a group of people who have decided that easy will no longer suffice.

Introduction to Solace Free

The Introduction to Solace class is a community-oriented overview of the Solace programs expressed through our intense, but scalable workouts. You will be exposed to elements of Solace's core offerings - Body, Sculpt, and CrossFit - and experience the value provided by a genuinely caring community and intelligent coaches. If your goal is to find a fitness home you'll never want to leave, this would be your first step.

Olympic Weightlifting Cycle (8 weeks) $700Purchase required to enroll

The Solace Weightlifting Cycle will be a two month program tailored to fit everyone from newbie athletes to intermediate CrossFitters. The primary goal of the cycle is to increase 1RMs in the Snatch and Clean & Jerk by improving strength and technique without sacrificing conditioning. Participating athletes can expect an increased ability to cycle lighter weights in WODs as well as increased confidence and efficiency with heavier loads. Classes will be capped to ensure quality instruction and all sessions will be coached by a certified weightlifting coach.
