Strength Cycle (8 Weeks)

Under the guidance of Starting Strength Coach Michael Wolf and Solace Senior Coach Hayden-William Courtland, Solace Strong will focus on increasing strength via the classic barbell lifts: Squat, Press, Deadlift, Bench Press, Power Clean and appropriate assistance exercises. Each cycle will culminate in a CrossFit Total event, giving you the chance to test your newly developed strength in a fun and supportive competition/meet style atmosphere, with your fellow cycle-mates cheering you on.

Solace Strong cycles are open to all, even if you are not a member of Solace New York. Individual class cycles are led by either Coach Wolf or Coach Hayden. Note, sign-up costs for each cycle must be paid up front and these costs are non-refundable once you sign-up, though credit will be given for documented medical reasons. Training sessions are three times a week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday). If you are an existing member, this means you will have an adjusted up-front sign-up fee (less your membership). Existing members should email hayden@solacenewyork.com to be signed up. They should NOT sign up here.

This cycle will begin May 22nd, 2017 for veterans. Note: First-timers to our Solace Strong program (regardless of CrossFit experience) must attend training sessions as follows:
  • 6am Class Training Session (for first-timers): Friday May 19th from 6-7:30am.
  • 6pm and 7:30pm Class Training Session (for first-timers): Wednesday May 17th from 7-8:30pm.
*First-timers who are unable to attend one of these training sessions will be required to book a private session to make up the session (this will cost an additional $139+tax per session).
Cancellation policy Strength cycles must be paid for in their entirety up-front during your initial registration. Refunds will not be given once you are registered, however credit may be given for a missed cycle due to documented medical reasons.
